Home Maintenance
What the Home Maintenance Program Provides
This program is specially designed to meet the needs of seniors and adults with disabilities who are living independently in their own homes or apartments. Customized home maintenance and repair service to suit your needs and schedule are provided at discounted rates to help clients maintain independent living.
Quality Services
Program services include:
- Minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Heavy cleaning including fridge and stove
- Organizing closets, basements, and garages
- Snow removal
- Landscaping such as grass cutting, shrub trimming, and gardening
- Help to get ready for a move or downsizing
Referral Process
Clients must be 60 years of age or older to be eligible for this service.
- Estimates available
- Carefully screened and knowledgeable providers
- One hour minimum requirement
- Weekly and biweekly services can be arranged
- Automatic snow removal and grass cutting service
Funding provided by Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS)
