At St. Joseph’s Home Care, our team of staff are dedicated to providing compassionate quality care that promotes healing and independence for the people we serve.

We want you and/or your loved ones to feel safe at home. Our aim is to help our clients live as independently as possible for as long as possible, in the comfort of their own homes. Our programs are tailored to meet the specific needs of each individual client.

Our services include a number of home support programs, as well as assisted living in supportive housing in the Hamilton/Burlington area.
