160 clients living in Burlington, Milton and Oakville will receive personalized care from St. Joe’s personal support workers (PSWs)  

Starting October 31, St. Joseph’s Home Care is the new contracted service provider for personal support workers that support Halton Region’s Assisted Living and Supports for Daily Living programs at:  

• Bonnie Place (Burlington) 
• Martin House Seniors Residence (Milton) 
• John R. Rhodes  Seniors Residence (Oakville) 

St. Joe’s has provided assisted living services at the Region’s Wellington Terrace location in Burlington since 1995. 

An additional 76 personal support workers will be joining St. Joe’s team to provide compassionate, client-centered care tailored to the unique needs of each individual.

St. Joseph’s Home Care (SJHC), St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton (SJHH), and St. Joseph’s Villa Dundas (SJVD) are creating new strategic plans that will guide our decisions on programs, services and funding through the next five years. The plan will allow us to continue our mission to provide high-quality, compassionate care as the needs of our community evolve.
